Fleur Prop is a Counsel at Deloitte Legal in Germany and joined the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, she worked for a Dutch law firm in Arnhem. Fleur specializes in Corporate Law including transactions and corporate restructurings. She is a member of the Dutch Desk of Deloitte Legal in Germany and joins the international Service Line Corporate/M&A. Fleur has vast experience in advising German and Dutch clients in all fields of company and corporate law, including transactions and corporate restructurings as well as in connection with general corporate law issues. As Advocaat and Rechtsanwältin Fleur is admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Netherlands as well as in Germany. She studied law at the University of Maastricht and the University of Münster where she graduated. Fleur speaks German, Dutch and English.
