Dr. Juliane Werther-Bontje

Dr. Juliane Werther-Bontje is a lawyer within the service line Corporate/M&A of Deloitte Legal. She advises in all aspects of national and international M&A transactions and related corporate and commercial matters and heads the firm’s Australian Desk.

Before joining Deloitte Legal, Juliane worked as a solicitor in corporate law firms in Düsseldorf, as in-house legal counsel in infrastructure investments at a major German construction company and as General Counsel for the German entity of a major Japanese semiconductor manufacturer.

Juliane studied law in Germany and Australia. She is admitted to practice law in Germany and Australia and is a board member of the German Australian Pacific Lawyers’ Association.

She speaks German, English and Spanish.
