Marcus Kissel advises national and international companies of all sizes and sectors on all facets of employment law, in particular with regard to M&A transactions and restructuring measures but also in connection with the establishment of new companies and in drafting and optimizing service and employment contracts.
A further emphasis of his practice is the permanent support of companies as well as their executives and HR departments in day-to-day personnel work and in data protection matters. This includes general advice and the analysis and early recognition of conflict potential as well as the representation of clients' interests in and out of court, if necessary up to the Federal Labour Court.
Marcus is a certified specialist for employment law and has more than 15 years of experience in this field. Before joining Deloitte Legal, he was Partner and Head of the German employment law practice of an internationally operating British law firm.
