Niko Jakovou, LL.M.

Niko is a German qualified lawyer in our Dusseldorf office. He is a partner and member of our service lines Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance. Niko advises on all matters of corporate and capital markets law, corporate governance and compliance, investment and banking law (including aspects of regulatory law). His clients include capital-market-oriented companies as well as banks, insurances and investment firms. Niko frequently holds management seminars and publishes on matters of corporate and capital markets law as well as on compliance matters.  His professional career took him to Berlin, London and Athens. Niko speaks German, English and Greek.
