Deloitte is now launching its annual ‘Technology Fast 50 Central Europe’ competition. The renowned regional competition for fast growing companies in the technology sector is now in its 23rd year. It provides both established and emerging technology companies the platform to showcase their leading position in the tech industry.

On June 1st, Deloitte opens its online application process of the 2022 edition of the ‘Technology Fast 50 Central Europe’. For 23 years Deloitte has run the programme in the following Central European countries: Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.

2022 CATEGORIES

Fast 50

 

The main Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe category ranks 50 fast growing technology companies, public or private, based on percentage revenue growth over four years.

Fast 50 – Main category criterias

  1. Be in business of a minimum 4 years – founded on or prior to December 31, 2017.
  2. Own prioprietary intellectual or prioprietary technology, sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company’s operating revenues.
  3. Have base-year operating revenues of €50,000 in 2018, 2019, 2020 and a current year operating revenue (2021) of at least €100,000.
  4. Be headquartered within Central Europe.

Companies to Watch

 

This Technology Fast 50 Central Europe subcategory recognizes companies that are too young to be listed in Fast 50, but are growing rapidly.

Companies to Watch – Subcategory Criterias

  1. Be in business a minimum of 3 years – founded on or prior to December 31, 2018.
  2. Own prioprietary intellectual property or prioprietary technology, sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company’s operating revenues.
  3. Have base-year operating revenues of minimum €10,000 (2019) and current year operating revenue of minimum €30,000 (2021).
  4. Be headquartered within Central Europe.

Impact Starts

 

The Impact Stars is a special classification of entities which successfully link great products/services with a positive impact on at least one of the following: society, business, innovativeness, environment and diversity.

Impact Stars – Special award criterias

The Impact Stars (IS) is a special category which recognizes a company which successfully links great products/services with a positive impact on at least one of the following: society, business, innovativeness, environment and diversity.

Impact Stars must:

  1. Sell a product and/or a service that makes an impact in the one of the fields listed above.
  2. Be headquartered within Central Europe.

  • Application period: June 1st – August 31st, 2022
  • Verification period: September 1st – November 23th, 2022
  • Release of the CE Technology Fast 50 ranking: November 24th, 2022
