Stella-Liisa Lõhmus

Stella-Liisa is a Tax Senior Consultant in Deloitte Estonia. She has been most involved with international income tax issues such as permanent establishment analysis and tax treaty analysis, due diligence projects and preparation of tax reviews for the Audit Department. Additionally, Stella-Liisa is focused on Tax and Immigration services aimed at professionals and employees working internationally (GES – global employer services).

Stella-Liisa has graduated from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in the field of taxation and has previously worked as a tax auditor at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board.
