Chris is a senior consulting partner with almost 30 years professional and industry experience. He is currently a RA partner in the Middle East, responsible for developing the firm’s RA service offerings. Previously he held client service and industry leadership roles in Africa where he supported clients across the entire value chain from upstream, midstream to downstream, as well as oil field services companies. In these sectors he delivered strategy design, capital programmes, operations improvement, supply chain improvement, cost reduction, digital and technology transformation, market entry, feasibility studies, corporate governance, internal audit, risk consultancy and internal control advisory services.
He is a regular public speaker on the oil & gas industry, and has been responsible for a wide range of thought leadership publications, including the potential for the development of a natural gas industry in South Africa, the future of national oil companies in Africa, and perspectives on the transformation of the oil and gas sector.
Chris is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Stellenbosch University and a Masters in Business Administration – Oil & Gas Management from the Robert Gordon University in Scotland.
