He has over 20 years of professional experience providing a range of financial and accounting consulting services and advising to C-suite and owners for numerous large business transformations, iconic projects and transactions in the ME and Europe, such as execution of M&A, divestiture and post-merger integration projects; execution of privatization / corporatization projects by governments; NextGen ERP implementations and other digitalization projects; and preparation ahead of and execution of M&A / IPO / capital markets transactions.
