Shadi is a Director in Deloitte’s Middle East Consulting Practice since 2010. He is a licensed project manager and is considered the subject matter expert for the Middle East practice in leading operational transformation and excellence projects. Throughout Shadi’s career, he led numerous successful projects and programs in establishing and transforming the business operations for key government clients in the GCC. Shadi is the operational excellence offering lead with extensive experience in designing, establishing and operating centers of excellence.
