Deloitte Legal welcomes Sara Molina to strengthen Legal Management Consulting practice in Spain
Sara Molina Pérez-Tomé, lawyer and expert in digital transformation of the legal sector, has joined the Legal Management Consulting (LMC) team in Deloitte Legal Spain. Along with her extensive technological and entrepreneurial background, Sara has a wide range of experience in change management and in implementing new frameworks as catalysts for transformation.
“Sara’s arrival will strengthen the capabilities of our LMC team to respond to a greater demand for these services from our clients, who are immersed in pandemic-accelerated transformation", says Deloitte Legal Spain’s Lead LMC Partner, Manuel Fernández Condearena.
Legal Management Consulting is Deloitte Legal's comprehensive approach that focuses on accompanying the legal function in its transformation process to overcome the current challenges of the legal sector. The complexity and diversity of these challenges require a multidisciplinary focus from a team of lawyers, engineers and consultants.
Luis Fernando Guerra, Global Leader of Deloitte Legal and Managing Partner of Deloitte Legal in Spain, states that "LMC is a strategic commitment at Deloitte Legal globally in order to maximise the value of our legal offering, reinforcing the fundamental role it plays in the Firm.”
Having graduated with a degree in Law and specialising in the digital area, Sara is one of the leading figures pioneering the transformation of the legal function in Spain. She is the author of numerous articles and specialised publications and teaches at several academic institutions. In recent years, Sara has established herself as one of the major driving forces of the digitalization ecosystem, of Legaltech, and of the transformation of the legal sector in Spain.
She has been founder and President of the management of law firms and innovation section of the Madrid Bar Association, co-organiser of Legal Hackers Madrid, member of the technical leadership cabinet of ‘Woman in a Legal World’, and regularly collaborates with the Lefebvre Innovation Observatory.
