EMEA Cybersphere Center gains a new recognition
SOC 2 Type I Report
The EMEA Cybersphere Center (ECC) has obtained the first positive (unqualified) SOC 2 Type 1 report for Deloitte.
SOC 2 Type 1 is a report defined by the AICPA that examines all of ECC organization’s controls related to:
- Information security
- Availability
- Processing
- Integrity
- Confidentiality
- And privacy
To determine if they cover the objectives established by AICPA for these areas and are correctly implemented.
This report is a real achievement and demonstrates the maturity of the ECC’s existing controls and procedures. The report has been achieved in a record time of just two months, in response to a requirement established by our clients, and demonstrates the level of control that the ECC and Deloitte had long before this new audit report was required. It also shows our commitment to implementing and complying with the highest information security, integrity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy control standards at ECC, local and global levels.
The whole process has been supported by the experience accumulated by Risk Advisory in the preparation and execution of SOC audits, without which we would not have been able to achieve this in such a short time.
