Nathalie Lacroix

After holding the role of executive assistant at Oracle France then Oracle EMEA for 15 years, Nathalie joined Deloitte Consulting in February 2016 in the Technology & Human Capital divisions.

Since January 2020, Nathalie has taken on the role of Office Manager at the Greenhouse.

Her skills are based 3 pillars; a job expertise, a specialization in event management and a service mind.

She masters all the classic missions of a VP’s assistant such as the administrative tasks, the reporting, sales operations, knowledge management, recruitment, the role of interface and communication.

Another axis of her skills is a specialization on event management. Organize, manage a budget, have at the same time an overall view and pay attention on details, being a problem solver. This is a know-how which she applied during the organization of many events.
