Giorgi Tavartkiladze

Managing Partner

Giorgi Tavartkiladze is a Managing Partner for Deloitte Georgia and has over twenty years of experience. He provides advices on corporate law issues, transfer pricing legislation, international taxation, investment planning, options of tax optimization, customs and indirect taxes. Giorgi specializes in the financial services, oil&gas, construction and real estate sectors. Giorgi enjoys travel, basketball and is an avid chess player.

Shota Nanitashvili

Director, Audit and Assurance

Shota is leading the audit & assurance practice of Tbilisi office. During his career at Deloitte he has been involved in various engagements in Tbilisi and London offices.

His responsibilities include developing the practice and providing professional services to local and global clients with Deloitte. Specialized in external audits, financial due diligence as well as financial reporting.

Shota is Fellow ACCA member with a demonstrated history of delivering work to clients operating in various industries - including Energy & Resources, Retail, Telecoms, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.

Giorgi Khurodze

Head of Legal, Attorney at Law

Giorgi Khurodze is a Senior Associate Lawyer for Deloitte in Georgia. He has over 8 years of professional experience. Giorgi leads Deloitte Georgia’s Legal practice. He advices clients on general corporate issues, structuring of cross-border transactions of local and foreign companies, debt and equity financing issues, legal due diligence procedures, contract drafting, conflict of laws, commercial arbitration, licensing regulations, oil and gas. 

Maka Giorgobiani

Head of Consulting

Maka Giorgobiani is a Consulting services Manager at Deloitte Georgia with over 6 years of professional experience with a focus on strategy and core business operations across range of industries. She specializes in feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, market research, strategy development and financial modelling. Her hobby is reading, walking, and playing chess.

Teona Megrelidze

Head of Financial Advisory Services

Teona Megrelidze is a Head of Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte Georgia. Teona specializes in Forensic, working on FCPA investigations, fraud investigations, forensic  reviews, compliance reviews, expert reports etc. Despite her core focus being Forensic, she has experience in several cross-service engagements, the likes of feasibility studies, market researches, enterprise transformation models, due diligences etc. For over 5 years, Teona has  been providing professional services to NGOs, IDOs, pharmaceutical companies, construction firms, oil & gas companies and many more in Georgia and the surrounding region.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Teona was working in London providing business development services to top tier law firms, some of which were White & Case, Norton Rose Fulbright, DLA Piper and others.
