Life at Deloitte
I think that for every professional, this is the key to job satisfaction: continuous opportunities for future development and progress, which I have never lacked at Deloitte Georgia.
Mariam Machkhaneli, Auditor, Audit
I joined Deloitte in July of 2010 in Georgia as an Accountant Assistant. Starting in the Accounting Department has helped me greatly to develop my financial skills and expand upon my academic background. I hold a degree of Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the International Black Sea University in Georgia. The professional team that surrounds me at Deloitte keeps me motivated and always willing to move forward, which is mostly the reason for me transferring to the Audit Department after two years of working in Accounting.
Right after joining the Deloitte, I began ACCA qualification and successfully completed all levels at the position of A2 in the summer of 2014, which granted me membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
From September 2014, I reached the A3 level and served in charge of projects,, which opened new challenges and tasks for future exploration for me. I think that for every professional, this is the key to job satisfaction: the continuous opportunities for future development and progress, which I have never lacked at Deloitte Georgia.
After every project, my circle of contacts has grown, my analytical and professional
skills are improving, and most importantly, I never stop learning. I think at my age
these are the most valuable aspects of work that will affect my future career
development in a very positive way.
