Presentation at Business and Technology University 

Global Startup Lab Program

On 17 January, Deloitte Lawyer Tornike Abashidze met with students selected for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Global Startup Lab Program at the Business and Technology University in Tbilisi.

Tornike delivered a presentation on IP law that addressed relevant issues for students transforming their start-up ideas into real products.
The lab kicked off on 9 January 2020 in Georgia in collaboration with the Business and Technology University. The program’s aim is to foster the creation of mobile applications in Georgia and support their commercialization on international markets. The Global Startup Lab will run until 31 January, when the winning team will be announced. In total, 28 students are participating in the project.
