Grigory Pavlotsky

Managing Partner, Tax & Legal

Grigory’s key focus is on working with global clients, across a range of sectors on advisory, due diligence and transaction structuring projects, related to the acquisition of CIS companies. He joined Deloitte in New York, in the International Tax Department. He led the Tax and Legal practice in Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus, before being appointed Managing Partner, CIS Tax & Legal. Grigory is a Master of Finance, Master of Accountancy and a CPA (New York). He is married with three children.

 

Dmitry Logunov

Partner, Business Tax Leader

Dmitry is Head of the Corporate Tax Group and the Energy & Resources sector leader. He holds a Master’s degree in economics from the State Finance Academy. He has over 20 years of industry experience, having worked as a managing director, a tax and business consultant, and as CFO of a gas upstream company. Dmitry works with clients from all business sectors providing tax transaction support (due diligence), M&A structuring, tax planning advisory services and ongoing tax consulting

Dmitry Kulakov

Partner, Transfer Pricing Leader

Dmitry is a Partner in Tax and Legal Services Department of Deloitte. Dmitry has extensive experience in providing advice on complex tax issues, structuring inbound investments, as well as in leading M&A projects. Dmitry has also been concentrating on advising clients in the Media and Entertainment sectors.

 

 

Vladimir (Willy) Elizarov

Partner, Transfer Pricing

Following 11 years with another Big Four practice in Israel and in the US, Willy joined Deloitte CIS in 2013. He specialises in transfer pricing in the financial services and technology, media and telecoms sectors, focusing on transfer pricing planning, documentation and audit defence. Willy’s experience is in complicated transactions involving intangibles and the valuation of derivatives. He holds a BA and an MSc, both from the Israel Institute of Technology. Willy is an avid football fan.

Angelos Benos

Partner, Transfer Pricing

Angelos spent five years with Deloitte in London moving to Greece to set-up and lead another Big Four firm’s transfer pricing team. Now back with Deloitte in Moscow, Angelos leads complex, multi-jurisdictional transfer pricing projects for high profile clients and has extensive experience in development of cross border tax planning and transfer pricing solutions, particularly in the areas of intellectual property and supply chain. Angelos is a committed football and basketball fan.

Andrey Silantiev

Partner, Indirect Tax Leader

A graduate of Moscow State Industrial University, Andrey joined Deloitte in 2005, after almost eight years spent with another Big Four firm. He works across all business sectors and has 16 years of experience in indirect taxation, leading the design and implementation of the firm’s most significant Customs and VAT projects. Away from work, Andrey is a committed Spartak Moscow fan.

Vasily Markov

Director, R&D and GI Leader

Vasily joined Deloitte in 2006 and leads the Research & Development and Government Incentives group. He has a Master’s Degree (economics) and a PhD (R&D tax incentives efficiency). He has spent 11 years in tax consulting, advising clients on wide range of tax questions including application of grants and tax incentives available from national and regional government. He has acted as an advisor to government and the tax authorities. Vasily is a member of the ‘AmCham’ IT committee.

Kazbek Dzalaev

Senior Manager, Tax Management Consulting

After an early career in hospitality and professional services, Kazbek joined Deloitte in 2007. He has 9 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxation and related technology. Kazbek has a Degree in Economics and Management and is a Certified Russian Professional Accountant. His key experience is in ERP systems implementation, shared service centers, tax and accounting business processes optimization, and tax and finance function development. He is a fan of snowboarding and soccer.

Svetlana Meyer

Partner, Private Сlient Services Leader

Following seven years in the Tax&Legal Department of another Big Four firm, Svetlana joined Deloitte in 2003. Svetlana concentrates on the development of equity compensation plans for Russian and multinational companies, employment and remuneration structuring, tax-efficient remuneration packages, and related tax advice and tax planning in all spheres of individual taxation. She is a Global Remuneration Professional (World at Work Society). Svetlana is a dog lover and a mother of three.

Pavel Balashov

Partner, Business Process Solutions

After a long career in accounting, taxation and audit services, Pavel joined Deloitte in 2005 l and leads the Outsourcing and Tax Compliance group. He has a Degree in International Economics and is a Certified Russian Auditor Pavel has extensive experience providing accounting, tax compliance services and tax advice related to business setup, expansion and restructuring.

Elena Kovalevich

Director, Business Process Solutions

Before joining Deloitte in 2004, Elena gained broad accounting experience working with a European pharmaceutical company. She holds a Professional Accountant’s Certificate, is a Member of the Russian Institute of Professional Accountants and has a Master’s Degree in Economics. Elena and her team provide accounting and tax consulting services to major clients and offer fully outsourced accounting and tax compliance solutions.

Elena Solovyova

Partner, International Tax Leader

Elena has more than 20 years of experience at Deloitte in the field of Russian and international taxation. She holds a PhD in Economics and is an Associate Professor at Moscow’s Lomonosov University, where she completed her undergraduate studies. Elena leads projects for large Russian and International clients, focusing on tax planning and tax law compliance. Elena is also an author of courses for students of taxation.

Svetlana Meyer

Partner, Global Employer Services Leader

Tatiana Kiseliova

Partner, Global Employer Services

From 1996 until 2007 Tatiana worked for another Big Four firm, in Russia and Jersey. She joined Deloitte in Moscow in 2007, and now has 18 years of professional experience. She specializes in the development of equity compensation plans for Russian and multinational companies, employment and remuneration structuring, tax-efficient remuneration packages, related tax advice and tax planning in all spheres of individual taxation. She is a keen traveler and a dedicated fan of Cirque du Soleil.

Director, M&A

Vladimir joined Deloitte in 2003 and specializes in M&A transactions, investment planning, international structuring and business reviews and due diligence. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Kyiv National University of Economics and is an ACCA member. He works closely with both buyers and sellers ensuring that they get the best from their transactions. Vladimir is married with one child.

Oxana Zhupina

Director, M&A

Oxana has been working in the field of taxation since 2002 and has extensive experience, conducting tax audits, tax due diligence and consulting for large Russian and multinational companies. She holds a degree in economics is a Certified Professional Tax Consultant and is an ACCA member. Oxana works with client from the manufacturing, consumer goods real estate and transport sectors. She is married with to children.
