A complimentary Transfer Pricing Seminar
On 16 March 2017 the Deloitte Tax and Legal department organized a complimentary Transfer Pricing Seminar at Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi. Our Transfer Pricing team discussed transfer pricing requirements as well as current industry and local market practices.
Mikheil Chapurishvili and Ketevan Kukhianidze discussed the Georgian Transfer Pricing regulations and the latest audit practice. Our transfer pricing partner Vladimir Elizarov gave a presentation on the Transfer Pricing rules applicable to services and financial transactions.
The list of attendees included some of the largest organizations operating in Georgia, such as Energo-Pro Georgia, FINCA Bank Georgia, Geocell, Robert Bosch, TBC Bank, IDS Borjomi, Halyk Bank, HeidelbergCement Caucasus and many others as well as the representatives from the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
Participants were actively involved in the workshop, which proved to be very interesting and productive based on the positive feedback from the attendees.
