Tamar Natsvlishvili

Tamar is a Director with combined transaction services and audit experience and has more than 10 years’ experience at various Deloitte offices. Tamar is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA). She currently is an Audit and Assurance director in the Tbilisi office and specialises in audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, other assurance services, agreed upon procedures and due diligence projects mainly in the banking sector.

During her career at Deloitte, Tamar has worked in the IPO services team and Banking and Capital Markets Group in London, UK, where she obtained extensive experience in IPO services, including Premium main market and AIM IPOs and class transactions. Tamar also has significant experience serving some of the largest financial services clients in the UK in both an external audit and advisory capacity.

Tamar has a strong record of serving major Georgian clients in both Audit and Advisory.
