Yaw is the leader for the Financial Advisory unit in Deloitte Ghana. He has over 12 years “Big 4” accounting firm experience in providing advisory services in due diligence review, M&A transactions, financial modelling, restructuring, business valuations, investment appraisal, deal structuring, negotiation support and implementation.
Yaw has led and managed high profile assignments in a wide range of sectors particularly in energy (power sector, oil and gas), real estate, telecommunications, financial services and broad infrastructure advisory. He has worked in developing and advanced economies such as Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Yaw is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). Yaw holds Masters’ degree from the University of Cambridge, UK.
