Deloitte is set to be a Platinum sponsor of Oracle Modern Sales Experience, March 31 – April 2, in Las Vegas, NV.
The kick-off session for Modern Sales Experience on April 1st will feature Deloitte Digital, represented by Nelson Kunkel, Director, Deloitte Digital, with Scott Creighton, VP Oracle Sales Cloud. The session will take attendees on a historical journey to discover where customer experience started, where it has been in the past, where it is going, and why it is important today. Nelson Kunkel will talk about the impacts of customer experience and the benefits organizations can gain by putting customer experience at the forefront of business decisions.
Deloitte will also lead a workshop on April 1st titled, “Configure, Price, Quote; Sales' Window to Build Better Customer Experiences.” During the workshop, Deloitte thought leaders will discuss Configure, Price, and Quote with live demonstrations showing how this can be integrated with an organization’s current sales process to improve customer experience.
