As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to disrupt business activities around the world, governments are taking various measures to provide relief to businesses.In recognition of these disruptions, the Registrar-General’s Department (RGD), which serves as the Registrar of Companies in Ghana, has announced an extension of annual return filing and renewal of partnership registration requirements.
