Deloitte receives top tier rankings in ITR’s 2022 World Tax and Transfer Pricing guides

NEW YORK, NY, USA, 17 November 2021 – International Tax Review (ITR) has once again recognized Deloitte’s practices for providing high-quality Tax and Legal services in its 2022 World Tax and Transfer Pricing (TP) tier ranking guides. ITR awards tier rankings to firms that have significant depth of resources, experience, and range of specialism. Deloitte was ranked:

  • Tier one in 78 jurisdictions and tier two in 51 jurisdictions for World Tax.
  • Tier one in 51 jurisdictions and tier two in 3 jurisdictions for World Transfer Pricing.

“We are delighted by Deloitte’s performance in ITR’s 2022 World Tax and Transfer Pricing tier ranking program.” says Zubin Patel, Deloitte Global International Tax Leader. “These rankings reflect the hard work, dedication, and ongoing success of our team in delivering vision, clarity, and confidence in addressing increasingly complex tax issues and I am delighted that our efforts have been recognized.”

ITR conducts independent analysis, using three foundational pillars of research:

  • Practical evidence—to collect, collate, and scrutinize the work of practitioners.
  • Peer feedback—to get the market’s perspective on the rankings. It is secured through surveys and direct interviews with partners, directors, and managers.
  • Client feedback—sourced from those who can give a first-hand review of the skills and abilities of firms they worked with.

These rankings highlight Deloitte’s continuous efforts to simplify complex tax and legal matters with innovative, digitally-driven solutions.
