Reimagine and deliver corporate banking products at scale

A large global bank launched a digital transformation initiative for its corporate transaction banking offering. This required the reshaping of its user experience, plus implementing an omnichannel digital layer atop the bank’s core transaction banking systems to realize the transformation.

Impact

The corporate banking product is currently live for 30k+ clients in 20 countries. The project team has been delivering a new release every month since November 2016. The bank plans to soon sunset their legacy application. The application’s innovations and operating model has been adopted across all digital initiatives in the bank globally. Deloitte’s role progressed from initially focusing on user experience design to become the bank’s end to end technical implementation firm. Together we successfully released the first MVP in November 2016 on time and on budget. We assisted the bank in setting up its a delivery center in Bengaluru, on boarding over 30k clients onto the transaction banking solutions platform with the aim to on board all their corporate and commercial banking clients across 70 countries.
