Companies are moving rapidly away from legacy systems to implement a new breed of highly integrated, cloud-based talent and HR systems. Companies that adopt cloud-based talent solutions ahead of their peers may gain an advantage in driving employee satisfaction, engagement, capability development, and performance — and generating data for the emerging wave of talent analytics.    

Still, 28% of our global survey respondents report no definitive plans for their HR systems, even though two-thirds of respondents report HR technologies are urgent and important. Despite easy implementation from cloud deployment, companies still struggle to develop the right talent strategy and find vendors that have a fully integrated solution.
