Jon is a National managing partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP and serves as a member of the Audit & Assurance CEO’s Executive Committee. He has more than 25 years of financial services, assurance, and controls experience, actively serving some of Deloitte’s largest multinational public clients in a variety of roles. Jon also has diverse leadership experience in ESG, transformation, technology, change management, training, and quality.
Jon serves as the US firm’s Sustainability, Climate, & Equity leader and National Managing Partner for ESG Assurance. In these roles, he leads Deloitte’s cross-business strategy, enablement/accelerators, and client service delivery of sustainability, climate, equity, and ESG reporting services. Jon also focuses on emerging trust and assurance services such as blockchain, digital assets, and algorithms.
In addition, Jon serves as the National Managing Partner for Audit Transformation. In this role, he leads a large multifunctional team that is reimagining the end-to-end audit experience through our Omnia technology platform, fully enabled by Deloitte’s global technology organization.
Jon frequently meets with clients, regulators, stakeholders, and academia to discuss the evolving ESG landscape, audit transformation, and his vision for assurance. Jon co-authored Change Coming to Boards' ESG Governance in the Wall Street Journal’s Deloitte Insights and authored What COVID-19 Has Revealed About Working Remotely in CFO.com.
Jon is a licensed certified public accountant in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with emphasis in Finance and graduated magna cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University.
Jon is a father of two, and lives in New Jersey. He sits on the Penn State Smeal Accounting External Advisory Board and is actively engaged in several local community initiatives, including the Princeton Education Foundation and the Cranbury Library Foundation.
