Nina leads Channel Transformation in the UK Financial Services sector. With a career spanning nineteen years across industry and consulting, she has led the set up and transformation of distribution channels; the design and delivery of new digitally enabled offerings and propositions; and wider channel strategy, seeking to balance the blend of face-to-face, telephone and digital experience.
Her academic background and her experience provide her with insights across both business and technology aspects. She leads a number of our innovation investments across financial services, including knowledge automation and digital financial advice. She is passionate about user-centric proposition and service design, both in direct-to-consumer and business-to-business context.
