Juliet is a partner of Consulting. She leads the Australian Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership practice as a Human Capital partner and co-leads the Australian Leadership practice. Juliet has expertise in helping organisations to assess, develop and implement cultural change strategies, with a particular focus on diversity, inclusion and flexibility. She regularly works with global executive teams to design and deliver leadership programs, including Deloitte’s Inclusive Leadership program.
