Nick Pope leads the UK firm's Fashion and Luxury Goods business. He is a Director in the Strategy group (Monitor Deloitte) in the UK Consulting practice. He has around 15 years of consulting experience, with a focus on consumer and retail businesses - notably in the premium and luxury sectors. Through this, he has developed a deep understanding of consumer behaviours and key strategic challenges for consumer-facing brands and retailers. His functional experience includes: growth strategy, forecasting & planning, brand management, CDD, market entry, operating models, consumer behaviour and segmentation (including HNW research), innovation, demand analytics, and pricing. Nick is a regular speaker at international luxury conferences; leads much of Deloitte’s global luxury research; and is also responsible for the development of BenchMarque - Deloitte’s global luxury pricing tool
