Paul is a US-based Principal with Deloitte Digital and has been with the firm for over 20 years focusing on emerging technologies, software alliances and building new practices. His current roles include Global Consulting Digital Customer Leader and the Global Lead Alliance Partner for Salesforce. In the Global Digital Customer role, Paul works with member firms as they define their offerings for better connection with customers, suppliers and partners to inspire and predict new opportunities, improve service, increase engagement, and strengthen loyalty. Paul also leads our global alliance relationship with Salesforce, helping practice leaders and clients in over 35 countries address the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution and beyond. Deloitte’s Global Salesforce Practice will exceed $1B in 2019 and is one of the leading, multidimensional tech relationships in the Firm. This includes the Salesforce Assets & Solutions Group (ASG) which focuses on incubating and delivering assets and app-enabled services that are an extension of the Salesforce platform across key industry sectors and functional areas.
For more than two decades, Paul has worked globally with Deloitte consultants and clients across Technology, Retail and Financial Services. He has helped to start and then lead many practices within the firm, all focused on emerging technology and innovation. Paul is a champion for Equality and helping others succeed at work and in the communities in which we serve. He serves on the board of Juma Ventures, an organization focused on breaking the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America. Paul is a father of three and a huge sports fan.
