Ben Dollar

Ben is a principal in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte Consulting LLP. He focuses on organization design, talent management, and process improvement in manufacturing companies. Ben has helped some of Deloitte's largest defense, automotive, and industrial products manufacturing clients achieve tangible benefits through organization design, process adoption, and human capital management. He holds a BA from Vassar College and an MA from University of Texas at Austin.
