Spiros is a Tax & Legal Partner and Tax Compliance & Tax Accounting, Tax Audit Certificate Leader. During his 18 years of professional experience, Spiros has been highly involved in providing clients with tax advice and tax compliance services on a regular basis. He has been involved in tax due diligence projects, diagnostic tax reviews and restructuring projects in the tax affairs of multinational companies and has been engaged in tax audits and Tax Certificate issuance.Spiros specializes in tax aspects such as corporate income tax, value added tax, legislation regulating issues related to maintenance of book and issuance of tax records, stamp duty, real estate duty, compliance with e-reporting obligations, monitoring of the tax base in the books. He holds a BSc in Finance and Banking Administration and an ΜΒΑ (specialized in Finance and Accounting) both from the University of Piraeus. Finally, he is certified with the Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from ALBA Business School.
