Shaishav Udani

Shaishav has more than 12 years of working experience in indirect taxes (including implementation of VAT in Malaysia and India). He is extensively involved in serving local, regional and global clients. He has worked for clients in different sectors such as oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, retail, amongst others.

Shaishav is presently leading various VAT implementation projects in Oman and is actively driving other advisory and compliance work for the clients.

He also carry extensive experience of representing tax matters on behalf of the clients before the tax authorities including at the appellate level. He has also dealt with wide range of clients on restructuring transactions, contract review, litigation matters, and others.
