Every one of us is aware of the shocking impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on our day-to-day lives. The virus has transformed “business as usual,” our professional and social relationships, and the speed of technological adoption—all in a matter of weeks.

We know there are lots of models and predictions out there already, but no one can say with certainty what the course of the virus will be, much less the lasting impact it will have on business and society. That’s why Deloitte, in partnership with Salesforce, gathered some of the world’s most famous and experienced scenario thinkers to explore what the world may look like once we recover from COVID-19, in an effort designed to help organizations prepare for the world after this crisis has passed.
