DECISION about prohibition to leave the place of residence and permanent residence in Croatia

Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of has issued Decision about prohibition to leave the place of residence and permanent residence in Croatia due to the special circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic.

I. 

As there is a significant increased risk of transmission of COVID-19 in certain areas, it is prohibited to leave the place of residence and permanent residence in order to reduce the possibility of further spread of the disease.

II.

The prohibition in I. does not relate to:
a. traffic and movement necessary to supply the said areas,
b. daily migrations of employees in services important for: provision of health and veterinary care, delivery of medicines and medical supplies, maintenance of municipal services, water supply and drainage, gas and electricity supply, security services,
c. public reporting,
d. residents who require urgent medical care,
e. for vital family reasons, such as providing care for children and the elderly or purchasing food and essentials
f. travel to and from work, if the job is required and can't be done from home
g. urgent and operational services involved in preventing the spread of disease COVID-19

III.

When entering and leaving the area named at point I. must be observed the following measures:
- social distancing
- not staying in public areas
- have a valid pass listed in Annex I. to the Decision
Passes cards for entry and exit from the area of residence or permanent residence should be issue certified and signed by:
- for the circumstances referred to in points II. a, II. b, II. c, II. f and II. g of the responsible person at company
- for the circumstances referred to in point II. d shall be issued by the family doctor and
- for the circumstances referred to in point II. e, the competent civil protection headquarters

IV.

The Civil Protection Staff and the Police shall ensure the implementation and supervision of the implementation of the measures referred to in this Decision.

V.

This decision shall enter into force upon its adoption.
