Recruitment Manager in Human Resources department (m/f)

As a Recruiter, your main priority will be to assist our teams in attracting and hiring experienced professionals to support our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with all levels of professionals for our Audit, Tax, Legal, Consulting and Financial Advisory businesses in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Hercegovina.

For entry level professionals, you will assist with the design and delivery of graduate talent acquisition strategies at leading universities. For experienced professionals, you will be expected to turn profile requirements into effective name generation sourcing strategies. Similarly you will conduct market mapping exercises to help analyze talent landscape. You will proactively identify prospective recruits using various social networks and other sourcing tool. You will be expected to take the time to understand the candidates’ career aspirations and professional goals and match them with our needs.

Skill requirements:
  • Strong client orientation.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of professional relationships over a long period of time.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and other forums and have a passion for networking.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity especially in evolving search parameters.
  • Able to act as an advisor towards the business leaders in order to help them to make the best choice towards the best candidates.
  • High sense of urgency and able to set right priorities.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Professionalism, personal integrity and highly self-motivated to achieve success and excellence.
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, able to work effectively in teams and build internal and external relationships effectively
Education and experience:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, economics or other relevant fields and a general understanding of auditing, consulting and tax preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, prior experience in a professional service firm is an advantage.
  • Strong English language skills; knowledge of Slovene is an advantage.
