Ádám joined Deloitte Legal's Banking and Finance team in November 2020. Prior to that, he worked in the banking and finance groups of the Hungarian offices of Baker & McKenzie, Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Bird & Bird.

Adam's career has focused primarily on various types of bank financing transactions, advising Hungarian and multinational banks on cross-border project and acquisition finance transactions, among others, while also representing credit borrowers in their various financing transactions. Following trends, Adam has recently been involved in several renewable energy-focused transactions. He has also been involved in various financial regulatory (in particular cash flow issues) and capital markets transactions.
