He holds a master's degree in business from Budapest Corvinus University and has completed the CEMS Masters in International Management program. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in various fields. His main area of expertise is IT due diligence prior to M&A transactions. Additionally, he has worked on projects related to IT strategy development, vendor selection, business continuity planning, and efficiency improvement in the financial, telecommunications, energy, logistics, and retail sectors.
