Who we are

Deloitte Legal Indonesia was initially established as Hermawan Juniarto in 2005. Upon joining the Deloitte Legal network in Indonesia on 1 October 2018, it transitioned to Hermawan Juniarto & Partners, member of Deloitte legal network.

Effective January 2024, Hermawan Juniarto & Partners changed its name to Deloitte Legal Indonesia. This change reflects our continuous commitment in providing an integrated approach that combines legal services with tax, business advisory, and consulting capabilities. This seamless integration allows the firm to address complex clients' needs holistically, positioning it as a leader in providing multidisciplinary solutions in the legal marketplace.

This change is part of global strategy alignment, reinforcing our ability to provide clients with high-quality Indonesian legal services while leveraging on Deloitte’s global and multi-disciplinary capabilities. Deloitte Legal Indonesia is part of Deloitte Legal Network, a global network of legal practices that comprises over 2,500 legal professionals in more than 80 countries.
