Cindy Sukiman

Cindy has over than 16 years’ experience as a tax consultant with extensive experience serving a broad range of multinational and large national clients, Energy and Resources companies (mining and O&G), manufacturing companies and services companies.

He has been involved in various restructuring, merger and acquisition, and tax planning projects in Indonesia. His advisory roles have covered a broad range of tax services including tax dispute/tax audit resolutions for various industries.

In particular he has been involved in undertaking various tax reviews and due diligence projects, and acted as a legal proxy for appeals before the Tax court.

Cindy is Deloitte Indonesia’s Merger and Acquisition Tax Leader, and Energy and Resources Leader Deloitte Indonesia.
