Derryan Rahmat Putra

Derryan is a Junior Partner at Hermawan Juniarto & Partners and he holds a law degree from Padjadjaran University, Indonesia. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in prominent law firms and international banking corporation. He is mainly focused in handling financial services industry matters, including banking & finance, insurance and capital markets through-out advisory works, establishment of multi-national companies, licensing, as well as transactional works covering structured finance, international based financing and merger & acquisitions.

He is also actively assisting clients in infrastructure developments in Indonesia and other projects relating to power & electricity, mining, waste & water management and toll-roads. Beside the above, he is experienced in assisting central and regional governments for issuance of laws and regulations in multiple hierarchies. He also handles wealth management for Indonesian high-ranking persons under Deloitte Private function.

Derryan’s clientele includes governmental authorities (central and regional governments), state/regional owned entities and multinational companies in various sectors, including in banking & finance, insurance and infrastructure-related sectors.
