Eugene Khoo

Eugene has more than 25 years of audit experience and is proficient in PSAK (Indonesia’s accounting standards), IFRS, and People’s Republic of China accounting rules and regulations.

Eugene started his career with one of the big four accountancy firms in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and was subsequently reallocated to Beijing, China in early 2005. Eugene was transferred to Indonesia in 2013 under the same global Big Four firm. With more than 25 years of cross-border experience in the global big four firms, Eugene has broad knowledge of MNC auditing and consulting.

Eugene has served a wide variety of clients with significant operations from the automotive, retail, consumer products, industrial, and communication sectors. These include multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises as well as state-owned and privately-owned companies in China and Indonesia. He was part of the China/Taiwan Desk and was actively involved in restructuring and initial public offerings by Chinese companies in various stock exchanges, including those in Hong Kong SAR, and Korea.

At Deloitte, he focuses on serving Indonesian audit clients in the Consumer industry and Chinese Services Group.
