Heru has over 29 years of experience in tax, including 5 years as a government tax auditor and 24 years as a tax consultant with Big Four accounting and consulting firm. He is well-versed in serving a broad range of multinational and large national clients including manufacturing and consumer goods, media/entertainment, and telecommunication companies. He is a Tax Controversy leader and the Japanese Services Group (Tax) leader in Deloitte Indonesia.
Heru has been involved in various advisory on restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), tax planning projects, tax compliance, and tax dispute resolutions (i.e., tax audit, objection and appeal). In particular, he has undertaken various tax reviews and due diligence projects. His experience also includes dealing with local tax and land/building tax.
