Indranil is an Executive Director in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting, based in Singapore. He leads the Workforce Transformation Practice for Southeast Asia. He also serves on the Consulting Executive Committee in Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific Executive Committee for Human Capital, and Future of Work.  Indranil is a globally renowned strategic advisor in the areas of the Future of Work, Digital Transformation, Innovation and New Business Models, Executive Leadership, Agile Workforces and Culture.  He has extensive experience in advising clients in Asia, United Kingdom and United States across a wide range of sectors, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Technology, Government, Consumer and Healthcare.
