Matt is an Executive Director at Deloitte, and is part of the Southeast Asia Regional Consulting team. Matt has over 18 years’ experience in the financial service industry. He specialises in global operating models and regulatory transformation across the Banking and Insurance industries. He has led the design and implementation of target operating models and the response of enterprise wide regulatory requirements for clients in Europe, America and Asia Pacific.
