Natalia specializes in servicing Deloitte Private practice, focusing exclusively on the segment of family-owned business conglomerates, private enterprises, Ultra and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

She is a Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA) and Certified Family Wealth Advisor (CFWA) from Family Firm Institute (FFI) – a Global Education Network (GEN). She has been working with many family business owners and is keen on taking a holistic approach to succession planning. This includes assisting family business owners and operators in defining the purpose of their wealth, aligning their family values and adjusting family dynamics. These are with the ultimate objective to preserve and sustain lifetime business legacy for the next generations to come. Prior to joining Deloitte, Natalia had worked in another Big Four Firm and has more than 13 years of myriad exposure in various industries (i.e., Telecommunications, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Fast-moving Consumer Goods and Life Sciences & Healthcare)
