Roy Sidharta Tedja

Roy has been providing tax consulting services since 1995 and was with other Big Four firms prior to joining Deloitte Indonesia. He has extensive experience in Indonesian tax issues including corporate income tax, cross border transactions and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, special tax regimes, VAT and, employee taxes. 

Roy provides tax planning/structuring services, tax due diligence reviews with respect to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), general tax advices, as well as tax disputes resolution to multinational companies in various industries—including manufacturing, general services, financial services, shipping, and plantations. Roy also provides Business Process Solutions and Indirect Tax services.
