Rosita Sinaga

Rosita has more than 23 years’ experience in assignments related to the accounting and management related consulting. She has vast experience in dealing with Indonesian GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Her experience includes projects to assist full implementation of IFRS Adoption, review/develop accounting manual in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS, design financial system information, accounting and financial process reengineering, training and workshop design, design various financial, audit and accounting related manuals, review financial projections and prepare share valuations for IPO, right issues or restructuring purposes. Her clients are consisted of various industries covering MNC, local big companies and state owned enterprises.

She developed the book of: “IFRS and Indonesian GAAP: A Comparison, 1 January 2007”, and its 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013 updates.

She is also leading the Financial Services Industry and State Owned Enterprise (SOE) and Public Sector Business Development Group Leader in Deloitte Indonesia.
