Sri Juliarti Hariani

Sri Juliarti or Utty is a Tax Partner in the Global Employer Services team, who has over 15 years of tax experience in advising and serving multinational companies. Prior to joining Deloitte Indonesia, she has worked for one of the Big 4 consulting firm. Her work experiences also include working as an International Assignment Tax Manager in Australia and Singapore.

Utty specializes in personal and employment income taxation services. Her expertise includes managing assignments for payroll services, providing tax compliance works for expatriate employees, advising companies and individuals in relation to international assignment, assisting clients in restructuring compensation and benefits packages, and also assisting clients in dealing with tax office in tax audits. Her roles and professional experiences cover the domestic taxation issues as well as cross border taxation issues, resulting from employee’s international movement.

She also specializes in handling high net worth individual (HNWI) in providing advisory work and planning for personal taxation matters, as well as highly involved in tax audit and tax objection for any dispute related to the HNWI’s portfolios with Tax Authority. Utty holds a Bachelor Degree of Fiscal Administration from University of Indonesia.
