Alan is the Partner Lead for Enterprise, Technology & Performance. Based in the Dublin office with over twenty years experience specialising in the area of financial management and transformation. Alan is a member of our EMEA Finance Transformation Leadership Team. Prior to joining Deloitte in 1998, Alan worked in industry for Diageo PLC in a variety of finance function roles across the group. Alan has successfully completed numerous finance projects multinational corporations, indigenous plc’s and large privates.
