Alsu Latypova | Deloitte Ireland

Alsu Latypova is a member of Transaction Assurance team at Deloitte Ireland, with prior experience working at another Deloitte member firm and several years spent on a client's side. Her primary role is to help clients' finance teams to navigate through transactions - IPOs and M&As. She also dedicates significant time to the ESG A&A team, specialising on SFDR requirements.

Alsu's background is a mix of capital markets, ESG, audit and non-financial assurance projects. In her most recent role at the client’s side, Alsu led US IPO preparation and issuance of public debt capital. As a member of the ESG Board Committee she organised and oversaw the SFDR, OPIM and IRIS+ frameworks compliance preparation and issuance of several ESG GRI reports for a Luxembourg alternative investment fund.
